Cup & Cake Parties

We love a good party and our mission is to ensure yours is the best!

We can cater for parties of 6 to 20 children and offer a range of fun, creative options. Parties can be held 7 days a week from 4.30pm to 6.00pm.

1. Cookie-Madness 
A must for budding bakers!  Each child creates their own delicious edibles with a rolling pin, cutter, cookie dough and yummy toppings. While these are baking, the little ones get to decorate their own little gift bags  and enjoy their birthday tea, before receiving their own creations to take home in their personalised gift bag. Suitable for age 4 and upwards.

2. D.I.Y Apron
Ideal for little artists plus those who just love a little scribbling and colouring. Each child can let their imagination run wild on a blank cotton apron with fabric pens, crayons and assorted decorations.  The children then get to decorate a cupcake with icing and toppings.  An hour of decorating plus half an hour for birthday tea.  Suitable for age 6 and upwards.

Party package 1 is £10.95 per child and package 2 is £11.95 with a minimum charge of £100. A 50% deposit will be required at time of booking.

Why not hire our bakehouse, run your own party, or bring in your own entertainment?  We offer Private Hire for up to 20 children for just £60. Our standard birthday tea can be served for just £5 per head.

Birthday Tea menu
Includes sugar free cordial, sandwiches, carrot/cucumber sticks, breadsticks & dips, crisps, fruit kebabs and of course cupcakes! It is included as standard in all Party Packages.  

 Party platters are available for your adult guests and pots of tea and coffee available on request.

 

Birthday Cakes

As professional bakers, we would be delighted to discuss your requirements.  We ask that you don’t bring in your own birthday cakes, as we have a range to suit all tastes and budgets.

 

When you book a party with us our cake prices start from £20 for a 6 inch round cake decorated to suit.  This will feed approx 15 guests.

 

What about the grown-ups?!
We offer a range of party packages for adults too from sophisticated Afternoon Tea to Champagne & Cupcake evenings.

Book your party at Cup & Cake with a Character visit.

Children arrive at Cup & cake were they will each get messy & creative and decorate 2 cupcakes, then be served a traditional birthday tea party to include sandwiches, breadsticks & dips, sausages,chicken goujons,fruit kebabs and of course cupcakes!

The special guest of their choice will arrive and join the Tea party, sing songs, play games and have lots of photographs with the birthday child and guests.

To include party package for upto 10 guests plus birthday child, visit from character and a 6 inch birthday cake decorated to suit.
